A shelf that grows koji on prepared materials, including inoculation and care before fermentation.

Usage
Supply and collection
Put materials in the supply slots on the left. Empty slots stay blank and show materials only after insertion. One set moves into the working area, and finished goods appear on the right. Materials enter from above or the sides; products leave underneath.
Recovering work in progress
Removing part of a working set cancels that batch. Recover its remaining materials before starting another. Restocking the supply does not alter work in progress.
Watching the koji grow
Working materials are visible on the upper tray, with both shown when two are used. White growth spreads across the tray and the process diagram as culturing advances, holding its appearance when paused. Finished koji replaces the materials until collected, leaving an empty tray.
