A single-block bamboo pole stood in the ground. It is the support for vine crops trained upright — beans and their kin — and a neighboring plant twines its way up it. It has no collision, so you can walk through.

Usage
Training beans
Stand a stake beside a plant on farmland and pile more on top; the vine climbs one pole at a time. Stakes too far from the plant stay out of reach.
Behavior
Stacking up
A stake runs the full height of its block, so a stacked row meets with no seam. It has no orientation either — the same pole from every side.
Vines and stakes
A stake overgrown by a vine returns to a bare pole when the vine is cleared — stakes are never consumed.
