In the real world
Shigaraki ware uses local clay rich in feldspar grains. Even without an applied glaze, wood ash and flame create natural glaze, fire colour, ash deposits and scorching.
Differences in game
Satoyama does not separate Shigaraki clay or positions in the kiln; firing the shared body with nothing beside it gives one feldspar-and-ash look.
